The workshop lasts approx. 2 to 3 hours.

We are convinced of our services, but we know from our experience that not every team is ready to embrace agility. That’s why we offer the workshop as a free trial.

According to SCRUM, agile teams should have a maximum of 9 members. If there are more members, the team should be split.

No, quite the opposite. Agile teams are constantly learning and improving. If a team is overwhelmed, this is a realization that the team takes into account in the next sprint.

The free workshop will discuss agile values and principles such as the Agile Manifesto.
